Warranty

• Motorgc.com offers 1-year warranty for all products. Motorgc.com provides product replacement within the warranty period for product defects
• The following are not covered
  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect;
  • damage from failure to follow instructions contained in the instruction manual
  • damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Motorgc.com,
  • damage caused by installation of parts that do not conform to manufaturer’s specifications;

Replacement

• Replacements
  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please return it for replacement. Return shipping will be covered by Motorgc.com

Return & Refund

• If a customer changed your mind and want to return your order, he or she should return it within 14 days from the date of purchase order at customer’s expense
• A product returned should be in its original sellable condition; unpacked and unused, no damage on the box, no missing items. If a product returned is evaluated not to meet required resellable condition, Motorgc.com will reject refund
• Refund time will be 3-5 business days after return is received. Please note that it is subject to change per the refund process of credit card company
• Receipt should be presented as a proof of purchase for return, otherwise Motorgc.com cannot process any refund
